oh ya, todae PRDV lesson...starvation to ppl thot is a gd way of slimin...but its thinnin...its 2 diff thing...starvin, firstly will do away wif da water in da body first, da first thing tat da body will do away...n nex is da carbohydraytes...but not da fats n proteins first..coz fats hav more energy n can b stored...until its finish...da muscle metabloism rate oso cut down, makin da muscle smaller n smaller thus look slim..but its not gd fer muscle growth... den finally until vry vyr empty of energy den no choice start burnin da fats...to gav energy...n tats when u c, u look lyk a skeleton, so weak n thin aredy...its THIN...n not SLIM....
