todae is juz a super tired dae, as tiredness keep accumulating, n slp debt increases.. n.... todae jy woke me up, thanks to her.. n... she got tired as she could slpet all da way till 9 to wake up instead of half da slpin tym which kinda distrupt da deep slp?? haha..
anyway, something to share, my supervisor kinda come to tok to me abt some of her xin shi.. anyone can share da views.. well, she came in to baxter n workin quite well n find tat its a nice environment to work in n being kind she introduced her frn in.. da frn whom she work wif when she was in da previous company is around 4 years of frnship le.. den he came in not through da manager, but da HOD... b4 tat some background info, tis HOD kinda hate tis IS department which is my supervisor is in.. n is tryin ways to dig info abt those bad things by hirin tat victim which is my supervisor's frn directly instead frm da manager n da HOD didnt inform manager abt it.. he came in, n my supervisor intro him to da staffs around but he dun seems to b interested in them, he only seems to b interested in those high rankin ppl.. i hav seen him b4 when those big shot ppl walkin in, he can k siao come n talk to me n ask me abt my stuff n lyk teachin me things lyk tat... n whenever my supervisor is tokin to another colleague abt tis work n tat work cannot or wat, her frn on da other side can while listenin to da conversation while "same-timin" which is a so call msn program in lotus notes wif da HOD tellin abt those things... n overtime other colleagues in IS department start to get suspicious of him as he is da only one report to da HOD n da HOD everytym pass by n try to get things difficult fer da IS department ppl.. n her frn who handle da web base of baxter now, dun really noe well abt web programmin yet my superviosr who is not even familiar wif web based programmin sometyms still sit bside him helpin him to debug man... den when he got problem wif da web as only he alone handlin da web n nobody helped him he will go over to da HOD to shear crocodile tears n da HOD will come over n some sort of announce loudly y no one help him as sometym my superviosr hav prob wif her application she will ask her immediate supervisor fer help.. but he does not hav any help frm da IS ppl... through tis her frn is makin use of da frnship to take advantage of it, n da clever HOD is makin him da victim to grab info frm IS department as HOD noe tat his subordinate is a gd frn of my supervisor n my supervisor will somehow tell him something...
if u r my supervisor, wat will u do...? its hrd to balance out frns n colleagues, coz on da other side, da IS colleague ask her not to treat him so well, dun alwaz help him.. on da other side is a 4 years frnship... wat will u do...?
